As the international community expected - the cocky Israelis refused again the Arab peace initiative - never-ceasing to accept the only "road to peace " in the Mid East - claiming more negotiations are needed - meaning they believe they can unabated continue to dictate the conditions for the Palestinians and the rest of the Arab world.

The Israeli deputy prime minister, Shimon Peres told media on Thursday - "There is only one way to overcome our differences, and that is negotiation."It's impossible to say 'you must take what we offer you as is. There is no alternative to negotiations - with a diktat neither the Palestinians, nor the Arabs nor us will achieve a solution."

The Arab peace plan endorsed at the Arab League summit on Wednesday, offers the Israelis full diplomatic relations in exchange for withdrawal from all land they occupied in 1967 - and for the occupied Palestinians - the peace plan allows the creation of a Palestinian state and allow Palestinian refugees to return to their homeland. - The Arab states united in their support of the Palestinians - called upon "the government of Israel and all Israelis to accept the Arab peace initiative and seize the opportunity to resume the process of direct and serious negotiations on all tracks."

The Israeli occupant of Palestine lands has never accepted the return of the dispossessed Palestinian people - humiliated - herded like lower beings from one country to another - deprived security - and basic human rights . Instead the Israelis have prolonged the suffering and hardship - millions of Palestinians share the same grim destiny - living a life - here> in refuge camps in Iraq, Jordan and in Lebanon - to where they were forced to flee in the Al Nakba and under the Israeli re-invasion of Palestine territories and war on its Arab neighboring states - in 1967 - stealing and plundering the land the homes and possessions in Palestinian villages and towns.

The Israelis are continuing its relentless war - and game - playing with Palestinian lives - and we all know too well - that the Israeli call for negotiations is not an honest approach to find just and fair compromises towards peace - but to dictate the conditions - to hold its power over the Palestinians with its weapon machinery might - paid for by the US.

The Israelis intent is not to leave occupied land. They ignored and refused to participate in the Riyadh meeting - too busy continuing its conduct of sponsored terrorism on Palestine territories. In a new incursion on the Palestinian West Bank - Israeli state terrorists trespassed the old Palestinian city of Nablus. In violent terror - again attacking the residents of Nablus and its outskirts - the Israeli predators shot dead a teenager and wounded two other Palestinians . They detained an unarmed Islamic Jihad fighter - on Wednesday - yesterday Israeli aircraft's targeted a car on the Gaza Strip and murdered two other resistance fighters

Today Thursday - is the last day of the Arab League summit in the Saudi capital Riyadh and Arab leaders reiterating their commitment to the 2002 initiative.

Today was also the last chance for the Israelis to sustain - a dignity that is sunken to the pit of hell - by their irreparably harm done to other people. The Israelis would have gain some respect from the world - by serious and honest participating - as civilized members of the world community in diplomatic talks with the Arabs - but they missed the opportunity .

In an interview with news media, Prince Saud al-Faisal, the Saudi foreign minister, said " the Israelis should not expect any further diplomatic overtures". - "If the Israelis refuses that means it they don't want peace and it places everything back in the hands of fate.They will be putting their future not in the hands of the peacemakers but in the hands of the lords of war."
